컬럼 내부에 설치되는 여러 장치 중 필수 구성 요소인 Packed Internal은 컬럼의 Mass Transfer Efficiency를 극대화 하기 위하여 필수적인 장치 입니다.
LiquidㆍVapor Distributor
효율적인 액체 및 기체의 Distribution과 High Performance Packing을 사용하여 컬럼의 최적의 성능을 이끌어냅니다.
HMT는 컬럼에 필수적으로 필요한 Distributor를 설계할 수 있는 전문 지식을 가지고 있어 낮은 Pressure Drop, Liquid Entrainment 방지, Even Liquid & Vapor Distribution를 위한 설계를 하고 있습니다.
HMT는 Packed Column 에서 Distributor의 중요성이 대해 충분히 인식하고 있으며, 여러 공정에 맞춰 다양한 타입의 Distributor를 공급하고 있습니다.

Collector Tray
Packing Bed 사이에서 액체의 Side-draw가 필요할 경우 필수적으로 사용되며, 고객사의 다양한 요구 사항을 충족할 수 있도록 다양하게 설계하고 있습니다.
각 공정에 맞춰 설계되는 HMT의 Collector Tray는 컬럼 중간에 Feed가 있을 경우 Feed와 컬럼 내부 액체가 더욱 용이하게 섞여 컬럼의 Performance 향상에 효과가 있습니다.
Bed Limiter
Bed Limiter는 Random Packing 과 Structured Packing이 설치된 컬럼이 운전 시 Trouble이 발생 하였을 경우 안정성 향상을 위해 필요합니다.
특히 Random Packing의 경우 기체의 흐름으로 인한 이탈이 발생할 수 있으므로 Bed Limiter와 Anti-migration이 필수적으로 필요 합니다.

Packing Support
다양한 종류의 Packing 종류에 맞춰 다양한 종류의 Packing Support를 공급하고 있습니다.
용접을 하지 않아도 설치 가능한 HMT의 Packing Support는 컬럼 내의 Attachment에 설치 됩니다.
큰 직경의 컬럼과 Bed의 높이가 높을 경우 정확하게 설계된 Support Beam이 추가로 필요 합니다.
Feed Inlet Device
HMT는 액체 및 기체의 원활한 Distribution 및 액체의 비말동반 현상을 최소화하기 위한 위한 Feed Inlet Device를 공급하고 있습니다.
HMT는 액체 및 기체의 Distribution, 유체의 Momentum 감소, Foam 억제에 효과가 있습니다.
