Ethics between executives and employees
  • Creating factions or discriminatory treatment based on academic background, gender, religion, blood ties, region of origin, etc. is prohibited.
  • Unfair solicitations, financial transactions, and personal bribery between executives and employees are prohibited. However, an exception is given to giving light gifts (up to 50,000 won) within the scope recognized by social norms among executives and employees (birthdays, congratulations, condolences, etc.).
Intellectual property and asset protection
Information regarding the company's sales/finance/personnel/technology that is not disclosed to the public is kept and managed as a secret and is never leaked to the outside or disclosed to a third party without prior permission or approval according to the company's stipulated policies and procedures. do not leak - Do not use programs or materials that are the subject of other people's intellectual property rights without the company's approval, and do not engage in any infringing acts such as unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or modification.
Bribery and improper solicitation are prohibited.
You must not bribe customers’ executives, employees, or public officials. -You must not make improper requests to public officials, etc.
No collusion/collusion
Collusion with competitors is prohibited in bidding procedures or other transaction procedures conducted by customers. Collusion with stakeholders to infringe upon customer interests is prohibited.
Prohibition of unethical behavior toward partner companies
Employees must not accept money (including gift certificates), entertainment (including meals), convenience, or gifts from external stakeholders. However, there are exceptions to entertainment or convenience provision (less than 30,000 won per person) and prepayment (less than 50,000 won per person) that are acceptable according to social norms. Money, valuables and securities are not considered gifts and should not be accepted under any circumstances. You are prohibited from making or repaying credit card payments, credit payments, or loans on your behalf from external stakeholders, and you must not receive property benefits such as movable assets, real estate, securities, goodwill, or membership rights. You must not engage in economic transactions, such as lending money, selling, or leasing, with external stakeholders. Collateral (including guarantees) must not be provided by external stakeholders.
Voluntary reporting
If you receive money, entertainment, convenience, or gifts in excess of the above standards, you must report it to the ethics department within 2 days.
